Vinyasa
A dynamic, flowing practice that links breath with movement. Expect to build heat, strength, and focus as you move through creative sequences designed to energise and uplift.
Slow - yin
Begin with gentle flow movement and end with long-held postures to ease tension. Soften into the deeper layers of your body and nervous system.
Slow flow
A gentle version of vinyasa - perfect for beginner levels. Good for those seeking fluid movement with a grounded pace.
Yin
Postures are held for several minutes to target the deep connective tissues. Yin invites quiet, introspection and deep release, nourishing body, mind, and nervous system.
Yin / Yang
The best of both worlds. Begin with gentle, flowing movement (yang) to awaken the body, then transition into calming, floor based yin shapes to unwind and release.
Pilates restore
A low-impact class focused on gentle strength, mobility, and release. Ideal for beginners, injury recovery, or simply slowing down while staying connected to your core.
Pilates strong
